Dr. Conrad Murray has just been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson

According to the criminal complaint, the D.A. alleges Dr. Murray "did unlawfully,and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson ... in the commissionof an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without duecaution and circumspection."

Dr.Murray will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM. As we first reported, he will plead not guilty. Dr. Murray is expected to show up at around 1:00PM, accompanied by his lawyers and a bail bondsman. Bail should be setat $25,000.

Dr. Murray administered Propofol to Jackson just before he died, and the L.A. County Coroner's Office has determined Jackson died as a result of acute Propofol intoxication.

If convicted, Dr. Murray faces a maximum of four years in prison.

according to a statement, issued today by her publicist, the management contract between Vybz Kartel’s Adidjahiem Records and the recording artiste Kym (formerly known as Gaza Kim),

has been terminated, and she is now pursuing her career independently.

The statement reads:

Over the last eight to nine months (8-9 months) my career was managed by Adidjahiem Records. The Management Contract has been terminated and I’m now pursuing independently my career.

I’m now focusing on driving my career and past events in my life have only made me stronger and more driven to achieving success.

I would like wish my former Management Team all the very best in their endeavors.

This latest development follows the furor that was raised recently, when Kym alleged that she and her brother were attacked and beaten because she had “informed on Vybz Kartel”.

Rumors have been circulating around the internet that David Brooks Popularly known as Mavado had been robbed at gunpoint last night in Toronto.

Close sources confirm that a robbery did take place but the alliance artist was not the victim. A member of his entourage had his belongings taken from him but were apparently returned.

Also few hours after a certain website decided to go ahead and publish this false rumor about the gully gad, a statement was released by Mavado’s manager on twitter dismissing the alleged incident.

“for the record tho cuz i c rumours flyyyyying, Mavado was not robbed”

Mean while Mavado just ended his tour in Canada. Every show was sold out. Sorry for those who missed it, but why feel sorry cause I know you must be out of your mind to miss out on the gully gad.

Mavado will be heading to the United States for a couple more shows.
